Night-time awakening is often not random. It reflects a shift in your internal rhythm and stress response. The body moves into a lighter sleep phase due to changes in cortisol — which, when the stress axis is disrupted, fires too early, at 3 a.m. instead of 6 a.m., and wakes you up.

Sleep duration is not the same as sleep quality. If the internal rhythm is out of sync, regeneration processes aren't optimal — the body spends the night in lighter phases and doesn't fully recover.

This is often a sign of a disrupted circadian rhythm — wake and rest phases are shifted. The body no longer recognises when it's time to be active and when it's time to regenerate.

Yes — timing substantially affects effectiveness. Magnesium plays different roles depending on the time of day. Certain forms suit daytime processes (energy, nervous-system activation), others suit evening calming and muscle recovery. That's why EscapeMed separates AM and PM formulas.

Stress activates the nervous system and influences cortisol release. When cortisol is elevated in the evening, the body doesn't receive a clear signal to transition into sleep — moving into deeper phases is impaired or interrupted.

The body doesn't need more stimulation — it needs a clear signal of when to be active and when to regenerate. EscapeMed is built on the principles of chronobiology as a system that follows the natural rhythm with a morning and an evening phase.

Your body at 7 a.m. is not the same as your body at 11 p.m. Every cell runs on an internal biological clock — the circadian rhythm — which governs when hormones are released, when cellular renewal happens, when muscles regenerate and when the brain processes information.

When this clock is in sync, the body functions optimally. When it's out of balance — fatigue, sleep problems, drops in concentration, changes in the skin. EscapeMed is designed to support the body in the right phase of the day.

The body needs only 10–15 minutes of a consistent morning signal — light, movement, food or supplements — to start regulating the internal rhythm for the whole day. That's not a ritual — it's biology.

Magnesium AM in the morning with a meal is one of the simplest ways to give the body a clear signal: "The day has begun." The same principle applies in the evening: Super Sleep 30–60 minutes before bed means: "Night is starting." The consistency of these signals is what makes the difference — not a single dose.

EscapeMed isn't designed as a classic supplement "stack" but as a system of signals — zeitgebers — that help the body distinguish between day and night. Used consistently, they gradually shape behaviour: when you eat, when you rest, when you're active.

Longevity is not the result of one product but of a coherent system of signals, habits and biological processes.

EscapeMed is a system of four supplements built around the logic of circadian rhythms. 30 active ingredients, distributed by the logic of morning, daytime, evening and night.

No. You can start with a single supplement — the one that addresses your biggest need. The most common entry points:

  • Super Sleep — for sleep
  • Magnesium AM+PM — for energy and calming
  • Skin Renewal Complex — for skin, hair, nails

You can add the rest of the products gradually.

  • 2 capsules Magnesium AM — in the morning
  • 2 capsules Skin Renewal Complex — during the day
  • 2 capsules Magnesium PM — in the evening
  • 1–2 capsules Super Sleep — 30–60 min before sleep

A total of 7–8 capsules a day. You can start with fewer and increase gradually.

  • Super Sleep: many notice a difference in the first week
  • Magnesium: 2–3 weeks of regular use
  • Skin Renewal Complex: 8–12 weeks — a long-term formula

No. These are foundational nutrients that work well alongside the EscapeMed system — they aren't part of it. If you already take them, keep going.

No. EscapeMed is support, not a replacement. The system's effect always depends on sleep, nutrition, movement and light exposure. The system works as a signal that supports natural processes.

The price of an individual product doesn't reflect a single ingredient but the complexity of the formulation. Every product contains multiple active compounds that are aligned with one another:

  • Magnesium AM contains 5 different forms of magnesium
  • Magnesium PM contains 5 different forms of magnesium (8 unique forms across the system in total)
  • Skin Renewal Complex contains 14 active ingredients
  • Super Sleep contains 8 active ingredients

These are not simple formulas but combinations developed as a whole. All formulations are proprietary (in-house) — they aren't bought or borrowed from generic "ready-made" solutions. They were developed to work together as well as individually.

If you bought the ingredients separately (multiple forms of magnesium, NAC, glutathione, coenzyme Q10, astaxanthin, amino acids, plant extracts and so on), the total cost would generally be substantially higher, and the dosing and combining would be far more complex.

The price of the EscapeMed system reflects not just individual ingredients but the entire approach. It comprises multiple formulas distributed throughout the day, with more than 30 carefully selected ingredients that are aligned with one another and used in a structured protocol.

The price therefore isn't just the sum of capsules — it includes formulation, ratios, timing and ease of use in a single system. EscapeMed is designed for those who want to simplify supplement use, maintain high ingredient quality, follow a structured, considered approach rather than random combining, while keeping the system practical and easy to take on the go.

In theory you can buy the individual ingredients separately. In practice that means:

  • Choosing the correct forms of each ingredient
  • Determining the right doses for each separately
  • Coordinating the timing and understanding interactions between ingredients
  • Managing a larger number of packages

Beyond that, some specific doses or combinations are not easy to access. EscapeMed combines these decisions into a single system in which the ingredients are already functionally aligned, scheduled and designed as a whole. The value isn't only in the ingredients but in the structure of the system.

EscapeMed isn't designed as a "premium" product in terms of positioning, but as a functional system. The price comes from the complexity of the formulations, the number of active components, multi-phase daily use and the combination of several biological layers. It's a different type of product that can't be directly compared with simple supplements.

The price isn't based on a single product but on the whole system. EscapeMed includes multiple formulations (AM/PM, night phase, regeneration), more than 30 active ingredients, time-aligned use across the day, and a combination of several functional layers (nervous system, energy, regeneration, tissue structure).

With classic supplements you buy individual effects separately — here it's an integrated approach. The price reflects the complexity of the formulation and the breadth of action, not just individual ingredients.

No. EscapeMed isn't conceived as a collection of individual supplements but as a system of time-aligned signals. Most supplements act in isolation — one ingredient, one effect. EscapeMed acts at the level of synchronising internal rhythms, supporting different phases of the day and regulating the organism as a whole. That's why it doesn't make sense to compare it to a "stack" — it should be compared to a system.

  • Classic supplements: focus on a single problem, higher doses, isolated effect
  • EscapeMed: focus on system regulation, multiple signals at calibrated doses, a coordinated response throughout the day

The question isn't what's "stronger" but what's more aligned with biology.

Because the body doesn't operate through a single pathway but through a network of processes. Every ingredient in the system has its role: an effect on the nervous system, hormonal response, regeneration and cellular processes. Instead of one strong stimulation, EscapeMed uses several complementary signals that together create a more stable and coordinated response.

Higher doses make sense when targeting a single isolated effect. EscapeMed isn't based on that principle. The aim of the system is to coordinate several processes at once, reduce the need for strong stimulation, and produce a more natural, stable response from the body. Doses are calibrated to the function within the system, not to the maximum individual effect.

No. Comparing only individual doses ignores combinations and synergy between ingredients. The formulas are designed so that multiple components support the same processes at the same time, enabling a balanced approach without needing extreme doses of any single substance.

In biological systems, processes don't act in isolation. The nervous system, hormones, energy metabolism and regeneration are interconnected. When we influence several of these pathways at once, the effect isn't just bigger but different: more coordinated, less aggressive and more stable over time. This is the basis of the systemic approach.

Individual ingredients can act differently in isolation than in combination. For example, biotin at high isolated doses can affect the skin in some people, whereas in a balanced formula it is paired with other components that act in the opposite direction. The formulas are designed to take these interactions into account and reduce the chance of imbalance.

Different forms of the same ingredient have different properties. With magnesium, individual salts differ in absorption and role in the body. Combining several forms enables a broader spectrum of action and a more balanced approach than using a single form.

Some doses aren't intended to produce a maximum effect — they act as a signal. Very low doses of melatonin (0.1 mg) are used as a time-of-day signal and aren't always widely available as standalone products. The intent of this approach is to support natural processes, not override them.

EscapeMed makes sense for people who:

  • Want a structured approach instead of randomly combining supplements
  • Understand the importance of rhythm, timing and consistency
  • Are looking for a system, not individual solutions
  • Don't want to assemble their own supplement combinations

It isn't intended as a "quick fix" but as support for long-term regulation.

Different forms of magnesium are absorbed through different mechanisms, reach different tissues and support different biological functions. A single form — typically magnesium oxide, the cheapest and least bioavailable — cannot do the work of ten.

EscapeMed uses 5 forms in the morning and 5 in the evening because the body's needs in these phases differ.

AM: bisglycinate, malate, citrate, ascorbate, succinate — support cellular energy, cognitive function and nervous-system activation throughout the day.

PM: bisglycinate, taurate, gluconate, citrate, lactate — support calming of the nervous system, muscle relaxation and recovery.

Most products contain 1–10 mg of melatonin — a pharmacological dose that over time can suppress the body's own production. EscapeMed uses 0.1 mg — a physiological signal.

At this level, melatonin supports the body's own rhythm rather than replacing it. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation.

KSM-66 is a certified full-spectrum extract of ashwagandha root with one of the largest bodies of clinical documentation among adaptogens. It's standardised to withanolides — the active compounds. It supports normalisation of the stress axis (HPA axis), which is often over-activated under chronic stress.

Biotin doesn't act in isolation — the formula contains ingredients that counteract any potential pro-acne effect: zinc bisglycinate (antiandrogenic effect), vitamins C and E and astaxanthin (antioxidants), NAC and glutathione (anti-inflammatory effect).

In practice we've not observed breakouts in users. People with strongly acne-prone skin should start with 1 capsule per day.

Glycine is an amino acid that, during sleep, supports a drop in body temperature — one of the key physiological signals for the transition into deep sleep. It's especially relevant for those who wake up during the night or have shallow sleep.

NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) is a precursor of glutathione — the most important intracellular antioxidant. Because glutathione reserves decline with age, NAC supports their replenishment.

Coenzyme Q10 is present in the mitochondria of every cell and supports cellular energy and protection against oxidative stress. Its natural levels decline with age.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. After the age of 25, the body produces less collagen every year. After age 40 the decline accelerates. After menopause, collagen fibres in the skin can lose up to 30% within the first five years.

The consequence isn't only aesthetic — collagen is a structural protein that affects joint mobility, the integrity of the intestinal wall and the structure of blood vessels.

Collagen powder supplies amino-acid building blocks to rebuild existing collagen fibres. Skin Renewal Complex works differently — it supports the conditions in which the body can produce and maintain collagen at all:

  • Vitamin C — a mandatory cofactor for collagen synthesis
  • MSM — organic sulphur, a structural component of collagen fibres
  • Glutathione and NAC — reduce the oxidative stress that breaks collagen down
  • Astaxanthin — protects collagen fibres from damage
  • Hyaluronic acid — maintains the extracellular space

You get the amino-acid building blocks from protein-rich food. Skin Renewal Complex provides what food cannot replace.

The skin renewal cycle takes 28–40 days. Collagen transformation takes 8–12 weeks. Most users notice first changes in texture and radiance after 4–6 weeks. Full results show after 90 days of regular use.

Hair: biotin (2.5 mg) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair EU-approved claim, as does zinc bisglycinate. MSM supplies sulphur — key to the structure of keratin. Changes after 8–12 weeks.

Nails: biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal nails EU-approved claim. Most people notice nails becoming firmer and less brittle after 6–8 weeks.

EscapeMed is designed for adults. The system's ingredients are particularly relevant to the biological needs of perimenopause and menopause, when the body is reshaping at the level of circadian signals, energy metabolism and connective-tissue structure.

⚠️ Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to treat, diagnose or prevent disease.
  • For sleep and nighttime awakening: Super Sleep
  • For energy and the nervous system: Magnesium AM + PM
  • For skin, hair, nails: Skin Renewal Complex
  • For the full experience: the complete EscapeMed 30D system

For the trial period we recommend stopping separate supplements that are already part of the system: magnesium (in any form), vitamin C, zinc, biotin, CoQ10, glutathione, NAC, hyaluronic acid, ashwagandha, melatonin.

Do not stop prescription medicines without speaking to your doctor. Omega-3, vitamin D, B-complex and creatine can be continued.

Estrogen plays a key regulatory role in collagen synthesis and skin hydration. As its levels decline, collagen fibres regenerate more slowly, the skin becomes thinner, drier and less elastic. At the same time, oxidative stress at the cellular level increases.

Skin Renewal Complex, with 14 ingredients, addresses all of these mechanisms at once.

Yes. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for neuromuscular function and prevention of cramps during exertion. Magnesium AM supports energy metabolism before training, PM relaxes muscles after effort. The system contains no stimulants, caffeine or banned substances.

The afternoon energy crash is often a combination of magnesium deficit, the natural circadian rhythm (afternoon physiological sleepiness between 1–3 p.m.) and blood sugar fluctuations. Magnesium AM contains magnesium malate and succinate — intermediates of cellular respiration — that support steady cellular energy without stimulants.

The system is designed precisely for this. Glutathione and NAC slow cellular ageing. Coenzyme Q10 maintains mitochondrial function. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzymatic processes — its optimal level is one of the most important markers of biological age.

Yes. Super Sleep contains no sedatives and is not habit-forming — it's suitable for sleep at any time of day. We recommend Super Sleep + Magnesium PM 30–60 minutes before sleep, regardless of the time of day.

Yes. All capsules are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) — suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

No. None of the four products contains allergens under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and they do not contain GMOs in line with Regulation (EC) 1829/2003.

No. Super Sleep contains no sedatives, antihistamines or habit-forming substances. It's an evening signal formula — it supports the body's own transition mechanisms rather than overriding them.

If you take prescription medication, please speak to a pharmacist before starting. Magnesium can interact with certain antibiotics. Ashwagandha and melatonin can interact with sleep medications, antidepressants or thyroid medication.

Before taking any food supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor. EscapeMed products have not been specifically tested in these populations.

30D — one month of all 4 supplements, an entry point to discover the system.

90D — three consecutive months, a full biological cycle. Skin renewal: 28–40 days. Mineral balance: 4–8 weeks. Collagen transformation: 8–12 weeks. 90 days is the point at which the investment shows its full result.

All products are manufactured in Slovenia at a certified facility to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. The formulations are original and developed in-house.

Yes. Every ingredient is listed by name and form — none is hidden behind a "proprietary blend" label. Full spec sheets are available on request.

Yes. All products comply with Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 on health claims. Health claims are limited to EU-approved claims. Where no approved claim exists, we describe the ingredient and its biological mechanism without making a health claim.

We don't recommend it. The system is built around the logic of the day — Magnesium AM in the morning, Skin Renewal Complex during the day, Magnesium PM in the evening, Super Sleep before bed. Taking everything at once would bypass the biological logic of the system.

Magnesium AM and PM are suitable on an empty stomach, although taking them with a meal is better for digestion. We recommend Skin Renewal Complex with a meal — astaxanthin and CoQ10 absorb better in the presence of fats.

Store all products below +25°C, protected from light and moisture. Refrigeration is not required. Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
